Georgia Blueberry Salsa

Rebecca Brooks won second prize in the Sweet Georgia Blues Recipe Contest with the creation of this delicous Georgia Blueberry Salsa.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh Georgia Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup red and yellow diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced purple onion
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalepeno
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
Directions:

Toss all ingredients together and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
